The Jonathan Aiken Room and its counterpart the Brian Ballard Room are ideal for breakfast meetings, lunch and dinner parties, meetings, drinks receptions, or as a breakout room with the main conference taking place in the Rita Duffy Suite.

The Rita Duffy Room 1 is ideal for smaller meetings, conferences, lunch and dinner parties, evening receptions and smaller weddings. It can also be used in conjunction with the other two sections of the Rita Duffy Suite for breakout sessions.

The Alan Quigley Room is the only room in our Meetings and Events space to offer the Victorian styling of the original building.

Espaliered apple trees, box hedging and festoon lighting make this space a charming city oasis. Overlooking both Skipper and Waring Street, The Roof Garden offers wonderful views over the Black Mountain and Cave Hill.

This area is the ideal location for drinks receptions, as an exhibition space or as a registration area for your delegates upon arrival. It also works well for breaks, lunches and breakout sessions.

Designed to reflect the iconic signature brand colours of Veuve Clicquot Champagne, the lounge features bespoke wool carpeting, decadent black velvet sofas and chairs as well as a stunning antique fireplace, ormolu tables and ornate gilt mirrors.

Ideal for hosting a private breakfast meeting, afternoon tea, lunch or dinner party. The well-appointed adjacent annex is linked to our award winning cocktail bar and offers the perfect space for pre and post dinner drinks too.
