The Connoisseurs Club with Valentia Island Vermouth
We are delighted to present a Connoisseurs Club exclusive for International Women's Day on Friday 8th March.
We welcome guests to enjoy a unique masterclass from women who are leading the way in the Irish Hospitality scene. Wife and wife team Orla and Anna Snook O'Carroll, owners of Ireland's first Vermouth, Valentia Island will be joined by Bushmills Distillery's Master Blender Alex Thomas. Cocktails will be made throughout the evening by Merchant Cocktail Bar Supervisors, Emily Doherty and Jessica Pigott. Tickets are £25 pp and include three cocktails.
